Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are a wonderful way to share your favorite services with a loved one, a client or your staff. Gift Certificates are non-transferable, non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

Cancellation Policy

We require a major credit card to reserve all spa services and treatments. Because these service appointments are reserved for you, we require at least 24 hour notification to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations (less than 24 hour notice) (includes no show, no call) will be billed for 50% of the value of services reserved.

Deposits

A $50 deposit is required to reserve any injectable service. Late cancellations(less than 24 hour notice) (includes no show, no call) will result in a loss of the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable.

We encourage you to arrive at least 10-15 minutes prior to your service to unwind and/or complete any necessary paperwork prior to your treatment.  Starting your appointment on time will allow you to experience the full benefit of a complete, unhurried service.

We regret that we cannot be responsible for damage or loss to personal items including clothing and accessories.
